My focus is to help you optimize and stay accountable to those areas of your life that will have the greatest benefit on your wellbeing. My programs are customizable to your needs and can include: individualized nutritional guidance and planning, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and exercise coaching. Each of our sessions will provide effective strategies, and help you identify and remove any obstacles you are facing, so you can achieve your highest state of health.
I support my clients through healthy lifestyle practices that promote a greater sense of physical, mental and social well-being. Drawing upon numerous techniques that help improve sleep, energy, stress-management, work-life balance and an overall positive outlook, I use my 15+ years of expertise in the health and wellness industry to help each person find their stride.
