Food allergies and sensitivities have been linked in the development of numerous health issues including: migraine headaches, IBS, skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, diarrhea, constipation, depression, anxiety and fatigue.
This blood test from Rocky Mountain Analytical assesses and quantifies your body’s reaction to 125-220 of the most common foods. The results provide a clear road map of those foods your body can tolerate and those it cannot. By eliminating these foods you can stop the inflammatory process in the gut and allow your body to re-direct its healing energy to the areas that need it the most.

The number of IgG antibodies produced is related to the quantity and frequency of food consumed. You immune system typically produces few or no antibodies to foods you have not eaten recently, or eat rarely. Therefore, exposure to the foods being tested prior to having your blood drawn is crucial for accurate results. Typically 2 servings per week for 2-3 weeks prior to collection is sufficient for IgG antibody formation and to get an accurate test result.
If you have a known IgE food allergy (hives, throat closure, tingling etc.) then continue to avoid those foods.
