These are the words I live by every day and which create the foundation of my career as an integrated health coach, specializing in nutrition and the culinary arts. I believe that the path toward good health begins when the body is properly nourished with wholesome, nutrient-rich food.
Dr. Molly and I work seamlessly together to create one dynamic health team. My focus is to help you optimize and stay accountable to those areas of your life that will have the greatest benefit on your wellbeing. My programs are customizable to your needs and can include: individualized nutritional guidance and planning, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and exercise coaching. Each of our sessions will provide effective strategies, and help you identify and remove any obstacles you are facing, so you can achieve your highest state of health.
I support my clients through healthy lifestyle practices that promote a greater sense of physical, mental and social well-being. Drawing upon numerous techniques that help improve sleep, energy, stress-management, work-life balance and an overall positive outlook, I use my 15+ years of expertise in the health and wellness industry to help each person find their stride.
My experience as a nutrition and wellness professional includes working with both individuals and groups in corporate and community settings. I am passionate about educating and inspiring others to adopt healthier habits through individual coaching sessions, facilitating seminars and workshops, and teaching culinary classes for a more hands-on approach.
My professional drive comes from my commitment to my athletic training as a distance runner and former triathlete. As a mom of two munchkins, age 2 and 4, I strive to achieve a balanced lifestyle through exercise, family, and leisure time. I engage in yoga as a means of relaxation and meditation and I’m often found cooking in my own kitchen, exploring my true creative outlet and best form of stress-management.

Tuesdays 9:30 am – 2.00pm 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Wednesdays 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursdays 9:30 am – 2.30pm
